The Parich Council is scheduled to meet the first Sunday of every month following Divine Liturgy.    If there are no pressing needs confronting the PC the Executive Committee will meet instead.  The Starosta (Natasha Mutilina with Victoria Grigorita),  the Secretary/Treasurer (Matushka Zenobia) and the President of the Council (Fr. Seraphim) constitute the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee meets between Parish Council Meetings when there are no pressing issues to be considered.  It is composed of the President who is Archpriest Seraphim, the Rector; the Starosta, Natasha Mutilina; the Secretary/Treasurer Matushka Zenobia Stephens; and Victoria Grigorita who serves as Assistant to the Starosta and Translator.
